- Hand Mixing
1. Measure or Weigh Mix and Water
2. Pour Water in bowl.
3. Add Waffle Mix.
4. Stir with Wire Whip.
5. Do not Overmix. Batter should be slightly lumpy. - Machine Mixing
1. Measure or Weigh Mix and Water
2. Pour Water in mixing bowl.
3. Add Waffle Mix.
4. Blend for 15 seconds on 1st speed (low speed) using wire whip.
5. Scrape down.
6. Blend 30 seconds on 1st speed.
