How to use Beryl’s Gourmet Double Chocolate Muffin Mix
- What you need: 100g softened butter, 2 eggs, 95ml water
- Method:
1. Preheat oven at 180°C. Place paper cups in muffin moulds.
2. Combine the Double Chocolate Muffin Mix with egg, water and butter until mix well. Divide batter evenly between the paper cups at around 2/3 full.
3. Bake at 180°C for 24 to 26 minutes. Leave to cool for 5 minutes and remove from the mould. - Note:
For a standard muffin, bake time is around 15 – 20 minutes.
