How to use Beryl’s Gourmet Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
- What you need: 60g softened butter, 1 egg, 50ml water
- Method:
1. Preheat oven at 160°C. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing it.
2. Combine the Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix with egg, water and butter in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
3. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick into the center of the cake comes out almost clean. - Note:
Do not overbake. Freshly baked brownies may appear underbaked but will be well-done when cooked.
