How to Make Tomato & Herbs Bread
Ingredients
- 300G Tomato & Herbs Bread Mix
- 700G High Protein Bread Flour
- 10G Yeast
- 20G Olive Oil
- Approximately 620ML Cold Water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in slow speed until they become a dough.
- Turn to fast speed, mix dough until it becomes elastic.
- Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes and cut the dough to 400g/pc.
- Intermediate proof for 15-20 minutes.
- Shape the dough and put inside the bread tin.
- Proof the dough until it doubles in size, around 50-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C.
- Reduce temperature to 200°C and bake with steam for 30-35 minutes.
